We ask each entering filmmaker to write us a cover letter explaining their experiences during filming and the personal reasons for creating their film. This way we are better able to understand why you made your film, and preview it accordingly. Yes, we actually watch your entire film. Multiple times. Please don't tell us your budget, we know it is ZERO.
